This is a lovely standalone cottage with a spacious open floor plan. There is a spacious full kitchen - stove/oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen opens to a large round dining table that seats six people. The living room has comfy couches perfect for lounging or cozying up by the fire. There is also a small work station/desk on the main floor.
There are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and spacious closest on the 1st floor. The shared bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower and skylights, making it bright and cheery!
Upstairs has a large bedroom with a King bed and hanging storage space for clothing. This room has large windows making it very bright and spacious.
There is a small glassed in patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine that looks out onto the large and very private backyard.
Guest have access to the entire house and the backyard.
The home has a full time property manager that is available at your disposal and can meet you at the house upon check-in should you wish.

Beautiful property located walking distance to town
Our family enjoyed a lovely stay during Halloween. The house is very comfortable and well laid-out with an open plan. The shops, restaurants, and beaches of Rowayton are all walking distance. We would highly recommend booking this property and working with Rowayton Rentals!

We loved our stay. The house was bright and fresh with adorable backyard. It is perfect location, walk right into town. Beds very comfortable and house was very cosy. Rowayton rentals was very responsive and great to work with.
